With over two decades of professional experience spanning theatre, cinema, and television, Cilla Pineau is a versatile actress with a deep-rooted commitment to the craft of performance. Her international foundation was established at the New York Film Academy (USA), and her cinematic presence was further refined through collaboration with Oscar-nominated director Fábio Barreto.
Cilla’s artistic excellence is uniquely integrated with academic rigour. She holds a Master's degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Lisbon and has completed the curricular phase of her Doctorate in Performing Arts at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (ESTC). This rare combination of extensive practical experience and scholarly insight informs the psychological depth and technical precision of every role she inhabits.
Currently based in Lisbon, she is fully dedicated to her work in film, television, and international co-productions, bringing a sophisticated, bilingual, and mature presence to the screen.
